How quickly will I hear back?
Within 24 hours, and usually much sooner during East Africa office hours. WhatsApp messages are typically answered within the hour.
Do you charge a planning fee?
No. Initial consultation, itinerary design and reasonable revisions are part of our service.
Will I speak to the same person throughout?
Yes. Your dedicated Safari Advisor remains your point of contact from the first conversation until you return home.
Can you help with a last-minute departure?
Often, yes. Availability changes quickly, and we will tell you honestly what is realistic for your dates and preferences.
How far ahead should I book?
For peak travel from July to October, six to twelve months is ideal. We can also create exceptional journeys on shorter notice.
What information helps you most?
Approximate dates, number of travellers, ages of children, destinations or wildlife interests, preferred pace and a rough budget per person.
Are you a licensed operator?
